1. We manage and showcase some of the most stunning properties availabe to rent in the Costa de la Luz. We book houses for clients, meet them on arrival, ensure they have everything they need and are on call 24/7 during their stay in the Costa de la Luz.
2. We provide a comprehensive house management service for holiday home owners in the area. Our service covers: marketing of the rental property, full client liaison, payments, cleaning, maintenance. If further services are required we are flexible and happy to adapt to requirements.
3. Sales. If you come to the Costa de la Luz with the intention of purchasing a property (to live in, or to rent out), then we can help you to find the perfect property. We have several on our books, and if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, we know the sector inside out, so can search out the perfect house for you. We love a good challenge at Vejercadiz!
