Terraced house located in the new town of Vejer, with lots of light and open spaces to enjoy the good weather and the Vejer nights. The property have the access trough a front patio and the stairs leads to the entrance hall, open to the living room, with a small terrace. On this level you have also a bathroom with shower and the kitchen. From here you access to a small patio where it is the laundry room and the access to  the back terrace, very spacious and perfect for dinners under the stars.

From the living room it is the access to the second floor, where you have the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the second has 2 single beds. There is also another study room with terrace. On the top it is the terrace with chill out area, with really nice views to the surroundings.

The urbanization has a shared pool open during summer months. It is a perfect place to disconnect during your holidays. Easy access and from waling distance to the center of the old town. Wifi available.

Adosado de nueva construccion ubicado en la parte nueva de Vejer, amplio y luminoso con varios espacios abiertos donde disfrutar el buen clima y las preiosas noches de Vejer. El acceso es a traves del patio frontal desde donde las escaleras suben a la entrada al salón, muy luminoso y con pequeña terraza a la calle. En esta planta esta un aseo con ducha y la cocina, totalmente equipada. Desde la cocina se accede a un patio donde se encuentra el lavadero y las escaleras que conducen a la terraza trasera, muy amplia e ideal para cenar en las maravillosas noches de verano. Desde el salon se accede al segundo piso donde esta el baño principal y los dos dormitorios, uno con cama doble y otro con dos individuales. Existe ademas una habitacion de lectura, estudio o trabajo con terraza.

En la planta superior esta la terraza con zona chill-out, con unas vistas estupendas de los alrededores.

La comunidad dispone de piscina abierta en temporada de verano. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar durante vuestras vacaciones. El acceso es muy facil y se puede caminar al centro del casco antiguo.
