Nice chalet located form a few minutes walking to the amazing beach of Caños de Meca. The porperty it is in a very quiet street and has parking inside for 2 normal cars.

The house has a small garden and a lovely porch perfect to listen the sea in the summer nights and a back patio where you can eat outside.

On the ground floor it is the spacious living room and eating room, a toilette and the kitchen, with a back door.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom on suite and 2 single beds on each one. Also ther eis another bathroom on the corridor. The property has a terrace covered with gall where you can enjoy a nice view and have a good time to relax.

You can walk easlily to the beach so no necessary to use the car. Also there are many amenities in the area mainly int he summer season. If is a perfect house for a family.

Due to the nature of the area we ask all clients be responsible of the use of water in the property. Heating available in winter.

Prices per week
January to April (Easter not included) – €1500   (4 nights minimum stay)
May, June, Easter – €2000   (4 nights minimum stay)
July and August – €2500   (7 nights minimum stay)

Bonito chalet ubicado a escasos minutos caminando de la maravillosa playa de Caños de Meca. La propiedad se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila y dispone de parking para dos coches normales.

Dispone de un pequeño jardin y porche ideal para escuchar el sonido del mar. En la zona trasera hay un patio donde se puede comer fuera y disfrutar las noches de verano.

En la planta baja dispone de un amplio salón comedor, un aseo y la cocina, con puerta trasera.

En el primer piso están los tres dormitorios, uno on suite, y todos equipados con dos camas individuales. Dispone tambien de un baño en el pasillo. En esta planta hay una terraza acristalada ideal para relajarse con las maravillosas vistas y el sonido del mar.

La playa esta muy cerca, asi como multitud de sitios de ocio especialmente en la temporada estival por lo que no es necesario coger el coche. Es ideal para una familia.

Dada la naturaleza seca de la zona se pide a los clientes que sean respetuosos con el uso del agua. Disponible calefacción central en los meses de invierno.
